The H2O–CO2 continuum around 3.1, 5.2 and 8.0 <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" altimg="si17.svg" display="inline" id="d1e209"><mml:mi>μ</mml:mi></mml:math>m: New measurements and validation of a previously proposed <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" altimg="si18.svg" display="inline" id="d1e214"><mml:mi>χ</mml:mi></mml:math> factor

چکیده

The H2O–CO2 continuum has been measured, at room temperature, discrete spectral points in the 1100–1500, 1800–2000, and 3100–3300 cm−1 intervals. Our results are good agreement with previous experimental values low frequency wing of ν2 band H2O when associated uncertainties taken into account. Furthermore, they confirm quality, this region, a χ factor previously adjusted on measurements 100–1500 range, prove its validity blue side as well region around 3.1 μm, which have experimentally studied for first time work. Together recent 1.6 2.3 μm far infrared regions, our contribute to progressive building-up data set modeling absorption by CO2+H2O mixtures throughout infrared, is needed studies CO2-rich planetary atmospheres.
